24 weeks post op today! (6/5/08)

lol ok this is a little more just as a reminder for me. today i am 24 weeks out and 96 lbs gone forever!!! averages to exactly 4 lbs a week and im totally excited. today i decided to make a committment to myself. i have been falling off the wagon forever now (and who knows how i still lost 18 lbs last month) but for the next 4 weeks till my next appt on 7/2 im going to totally focus on myself. track track track! so wish me luck
